HAPPY TEACHER'S DAY
TO ALL TEACHERS

Tomorrow will be the 1st of September and i would like
to wish all the teachers who have teach me before a 'Very happy Teacher's Day" and THANK YOU for everything.Although i may not meet to your expectation in the past and slacking almost everyday in class. I would like to once again thank you for not giving up on me..I would like to apologised to all teachers for not being able to meet with you all because of the tight scheldule that i had to deal with since the start of my school term. Really had to juggle time for school and work. So hopefully
next year, i will be able meet with all the teachers.Although scheldule is tight, lucky for me i get to watch the movie "
Ratatouille" and i will say that the movie is my second favourite movie of the year below " Transformer" The storyline is excellent and the animation is marvelous. would gladly pay to watch another time.The movie really bring the work "chef" to a new level. ANYBODY CAN COOK. very true.Well guess that is all for now. Tomorrow need to work and starting at 7 am. YAWNING...need to sleep now..SAYONARA...ZZZZZZZZZ

4 Hours have passed since the end of my practical test and
from my point of view, i had did very well for the practical but
the teacher the whole class did badly for the test. Saying that the
dish is too plain and not colourful. What do you expect from student who had just learn cooking for just 3 months.About yesterday theory test, NO COMMENTS!!!..have done all the question that i know leave the others blanks. Hopefully my practical test marks will make up for loss marks
in the theory test. Anyway its been 3 weeks since i last have a chat
with Miss Tweety Bird. Kind of miss her a lot..haha..well thats about it i guess...can't believe the next week will be the start of the schoolholidays for the other Goverment schools. Envy them a lot.

Today is the first day of the my practical test and
i say that i have not done well for it because it is my worse
cooking ingredient, CHICKEN. I really not good with chicken although
it is everybody's favourite food.All that i can think of is
just brown sauce that goes well with the chicken. Well that goes my
grade. Well no worries because on Wednesday will SEAFOOD.
I will definitely have fun slaughtering the fish. still have not done my
revision for tomorrow theory test. TIME TO PANIC!!!!.

Just another 10 more hours,i will start my first practical test and
i still have not memorise my recipes of even started my revision. Reasons for not doing
so?..I have no idea?..i am just not being myself today. IS LIFE COMPETE WITHOUT
SACRIFISES??..This sentence have been going through my mind the whole day.After watching
the show "America Inventor" at Mediacorp Channel 5. It really touch me to see and hear
many people sacrifising their entire life to make something or fulfill their dreams. I almost
shed tears hearing their stories. There this one man who divorce with his wife and spend
26 years of his life to invent a game called "Bullet Ball". From my opinion i find that game
is not that competitive and quite boring but hearing his story saying that he
sell his whole house and wedding ring just to invent the game really touch me but in the end he was turned down by the judges because they thing his product is not quite marketable. Now
i really thinking and thinking hard of what i am going to do with my life. Well i guess i had to
find the answers in my dreams then. Below is the clip about the guy i was talking about.

Well another week have past and for some polytechnic students,it will be the
start of their holidays but for us,ITE students,it will be the start of our
examanination. Will be having two major practical examination
Monday and Tuesday
and i have not even started my revision or even memorise my recipes.On Monday will behaving a practical on seafood and Fish while on
Tuesday will be having practical on

Poultry and Meat. I am really bad with chicken and meat dishes, whatever meat
and chicken dish
that i cook will make me lose my own
appetite. My seafood dishes are not that bad i would say. Teachers compliment me on my great and appealing seafood dishes. Maybe i deserve to become a

'Poissoner'(French for Fish Cook). well guess i got to start my revision then. Below are the pictures taken for this week recipe.
