Well another week have past and for some polytechnic students,it will be the
start of their holidays but for us,ITE students,it will be the start of our
examanination. Will be having two major practical examination
Monday and Tuesday
and i have not even started my revision or even memorise my recipes.On Monday will behaving a practical on seafood and Fish while on
Tuesday will be having practical on

Poultry and Meat. I am really bad with chicken and meat dishes, whatever meat
and chicken dish
that i cook will make me lose my own
appetite. My seafood dishes are not that bad i would say. Teachers compliment me on my great and appealing seafood dishes. Maybe i deserve to become a

'Poissoner'(French for Fish Cook). well guess i got to start my revision then. Below are the pictures taken for this week recipe.
